Not a product of the current Ultra-light fad, S-Sarcs have been in production since the mid-80s. Even our Spectra S-Sarcs were in production in the early 90s. Dyneema makes possible a light pack that is almost indestructable under normal packing circumstances. Even in extremely adverse climbing situations, it can be considered failsafe.

Dyneema type fibers are used in many applications from Tugboat cables to military body armor.

The stripped down non-P&G version easily carries 40 lbs. with it's unique 'Guide Harness' and 60 lb loads with the Bayonets and bypass harness attached.
